Prograde
Fat Burning Recipes
Prograde
Nutrition's new healthy recipe book may be their most
important product they've created to date. And while the title
says 197 fat
burning recipes ... it's actually packed with 204
recipes so you won't ever have to get
bored with your diet again.
What I really think is so cool about
this ... is that unlike just about every other supplement company I've
seen out there ... Prograde is very upfront about how eating a
consistent, healthy diet is priority #1 when trying to lose weight ...
and supplements only come into play after that.
So they created this recipe book to make sure you get a solid
foundation to start burning fat and get healthy ... and then decide
later if
using their supplements will help you zero in on your exact goals.
Think about this:
How
many of those cheesy ads in the fitness magazines offer a
big book
full of easy, healthy recipes so you can turn your body into a fat
burning machine before you
ever try their products?
Probably none ... right?
And on top of that ... they don't pitch their supplements
at all in this book ... it's just full of a ton of healthy cooking
recipes that help melt your bodyfat. I think that says a lot about
Prograde. :-)
So what
kind of fat burning recipes are in the book?
Well, it has:
- 18 Breakfast Recipes
-
I really like the Sausage & Cheese "Muffins" (sausage,
bacon,
eggs, cheese, green peppers,
onions, &
mushroom baked in muffin cups .... really tasty & fast for busy
mornings)
- 118 Lunch / Dinner Recipes
-
The Roasted Red Pepper, Chicken, & Avocado Salad is tasty!
(it's
got sliced avacado,
chicken, tomato,
cucumber, onion, red peppers, italian dressing, parmesan cheese, etc -
yum)
- 57 Vegetarian Recipes
- Yep... there's vegetarian recipes too. I'm not
vegetarian by any means, but the Portobello Mushroom Fajitas
are pretty awesome. (Portobellow mushrooms, onion, red/yellow peppers,
tomatoes, guacamole, balsamic vinegar, spices, sprouted tortillas, etc
... great combo!)
- 11 Dessert Recipes
-
The book includes some desserts too. How about a Raspberry Apple
Crumble? (apples, orange juice, raspberry preserves, oats, cinnamon,
brown sugar, butter, etc ... sound good?)
All
the recipes use simple ingredients that can be found in just about any
grocery store, they don't take a lot of time to cook, and almost all of
them make enough food to feed 4 people ... so they're pretty family
friendly.
Oh, and don't forget ... they taste great! ...which is
important since it seems that a lot of people fall off the diet
bandwagon after getting bored of the same, bland foods everyday.
